The LEROS 950XCV sander has the convenience of dual voltage, meaning it can be used both with domestic 230/240v supplies and 110v site supplies.  It has been designed to be highly user-friendly in operation, weighing in at only 3.5kg.  The sanding head has 180° flexibility resulting in ergonomic working positions, so that the operator can work for longer periods without strain or fatigue.

A brushless motor ensures consistent performance even when under heavy load.  The design of the sanding head and backing pad allow the sander to work very close to corners and edges while offering god stability.  This will result in a smoother, higher quality finish.  The use of an is recommended with this sander to help produce a smoother result.

To keep the sander working at it's best it is prudent to replace the at the first signs of wear.  The life of the pad can be extended with the use of , which go between the backing pad and abrasive, absorbing the stress of aggressive sanding or frequent disc swapping.

SPECIFICATIONS:

The 1230 M AFC dust extractor is capable of handling the medium hazard dust that is generated from sanding surfaces such as plaster, hardwood, MDF, concrete and brick.  This makes it suitable for use on work sites where a 230/240v supply is used a M-class is the minimum requirement under Health and Safety executive guidelines.

The extractor is equipped with an automatic filter cleaning system, which activates every 15 seconds to maintain performance levels and extend filter life.  An air-flow sensor will indicate if flow has dropped below optimum levels at which point the may need to be changed or the may be full and need to be replaced.

Ease of transport is facilitated by onboard storage of the cable and hose with further storage space available on top of the machine.  Mirka's can be used to attach the site case for easy access to frequently needed items such as discs or pad savers.  The extractor can be converted for use as a normal vacuum cleaner with the addition of the Mirka .

The 1230 M is suitable for wet and dy use but the dust bag should be removed before wet use and a cleaning cycle carried out before and after wet use.
