This outfit is based on Mirka's ever popular DEROS II 5650CV and the 1230L dust extractor and provides a fantastic value dust-free sanding solution for decorating or woodworking enthusiast.  The L class filtration of the dust extractor makes it suitable for low hazard dusts that would be generated by softwoods, gypsum, plasterboard and corian.

The DEROS II 5650CV is equipped with a brushless motor which maintains a consistent performance, even while the sander is under heavy load.  It is the smallest sander in its class and its light weight and compact size makes it comfortable to use for long periods.  It also has the lowest vibration values in its class.  Equipped with a built in vibration sensor, the 5650CV can monitor vibration levels via an app and help the user guard against possible harmful effects from prolonged exposure to vibration.

SPECIFICATIONS:

The 1230 L dust extractor features an auto start function and will only run while the sander is in operation.  This helps to reduce noise in the workplace and prolongs the life of the motor.  Filter cleaning is via a simple push operation and regular cleaning will help to keep the air flow at it's optimum and extend the life of the filter.  are available when needed.

Onboard storage for the cable and hose makes transportation easier while the flat top has further storage space plus the ability to accept the .  This allows attachment of the Systainer site case for easy access to frequently used consumables.

A disposable is supplied with spares available as a pack of 5.  If necessary, the 1230 L can be converted to a standard vacuum cleaner with the addition of the .

This machine can be used wet or dry but the filter must be removed before wet use.  The filter should be cleaned both before and after wet use.
